Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@beginners.app with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. To start a return, reach out to us at orders@beginners.app and we'll provide a return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Digital Downloads

Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," refunds for digital downloads are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing a technical issue or feel your purchase wasn't as described, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
